Finality of Purchase
All San Gairo orders are placed through a Request to Buy process. Once your request is approved and payment is completed, your order is final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or change-of-mind cancellations.
Each order is reviewed individually before acceptance, allowing us to preserve the integrity of limited production and ensure considered purchasing.
We invite you to request only when you are certain.

Cancellations
San Gairo does not accept cancellations once an order is placed.
We operate on a model of intentionality—every request is reviewed, approved, and fulfilled with purpose. Allowing cancellations would compromise this process. Our garments are not mass-produced, and each piece is reserved and committed the moment it is approved.
In rare instances where we identify a technical error or duplicate transaction, San Gairo may intervene at its discretion. These decisions are internal and final.

Exceptional Resolutions
If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, we will review the case and may offer a resolution.
Possible resolutions may include:
* Replacement of the item (within 7–14 days)
* Refund (only if replacement is not possible)
Conditions:
* Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
* Include clear photographs and a description of the issue
* The item must be unused, in original packaging, with invoice
All resolution decisions are made at the sole discretion of San Gairo.

Shipping Timelines
* Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–14 business days from the date of payment
* Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days after dispatch
* You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships
