Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

Returns and Refunds

At San Gairo, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds under regular circumstances.

Exceptions

In exceptional cases—such as receiving a damaged, incorrect, or missing item—San Gairo may offer a resolution on a case-by-case basis, which could include:

  • Replacement of the product (7-14 Days)

  • Replacement delivery will be done in 7 of days
  • Refund (only if applicable)

Conditions for Exception Requests

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • You must provide clear photographs and a detailed description of the issue.

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.

All exception decisions are at the sole discretion of San Gairo and will be final.

Shipping Timeline

  • All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–14 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Delivery Days - 7-10
  • Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

  • In some cases, especially during peak seasons, promotional periods, or unexpected situations (weather issues, courier delays, stock backlog), order processing may take longer than 14 days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped.


Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel or modify your order within 6 hours of placing it by emailing connect.sangairo@gmail.com.

  • After 6 hours, the order moves into processing and cannot be changed or cancelled.

  • Refunds for approved cancellations (before processing) will be credit to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


Non-Eligible Items for Return or Refund

  • Items damaged by improper use, washing, or handling.

  • Size-related concerns unless there was a clear error in the size chart.

  • Color or texture differences due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.

  • Custom or made-to-order products (if applicable).
