We strive to ensure that all product details, descriptions, and images on our website are as accurate as possible. However, please note:

a. Visual Differences

    • Lighting during photoshoots

    • Device screen settings and resolutions

    • Editing for clarity and consistency

    • Manufacturing batch differences

  • Images are for reference only. Slight visual inconsistencies are not considered defects.

b. Handcrafted/Artisan Products

  • Products that are handcrafted or made in limited batches may exhibit natural variations in stitching, fabric, dye, or finishing. These are not flaws but part of their uniqueness.

c. Size & Fit

  • Sizing may vary slightly due to manual measurements (up to 1.5 inches).

  • Always refer to the Size Guide provided on the product page before placing an order.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time.

  • Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation through our secure payment gateway options.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Order processing and dispatch may take between 3–14 business days.

  • In rare or special cases (e.g. festivals, product backlog, remote pin codes), fulfillment may take longer than 14 days.

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on delivery partner and location.

  • San Gairo is not responsible for delays caused by courier agencies, weather, or other external factors once the package is handed over.

4. Order Cancellation & Modifications

  • Orders can only be cancelled or changed within 6 hours of placing the order by writing to us at connect.sangairo@gmail.com.

  • After this window, orders are considered confirmed and will be processed as per schedule.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • We do not provide returns or refunds under standard circumstances.

  • In exceptional situations (damaged, wrong, or missing products), a resolution may be provided on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of San Gairo.

  • Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at connect.sangairo@gmail.com with a clear explanation and photographic proof.

6. Damage or Defects

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

    • Email us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

    • Attach relevant images and order details.

  • After review, we may issue a replacement or alternative compensation if justified.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (images, text, visuals, logos, product names) is the exclusive property of San Gairo.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

8. User Conduct
