1. Ownership of Content & Assets

All content presented on this website, and across our official physical and digital channels, is the exclusive intellectual property of San Gairo and Sannidhya Gairola. This includes, but is not limited to:

4. Unauthorised Resale

San Gairo products are sold exclusively through our official website and explicitly authorised partners. We do not guarantee the authenticity, condition, or provenance of any San Gairo item purchased through unauthorised third-party resellers, auction sites, or secondary markets. We actively monitor the secondary market to prevent the use of our copyrighted photography and trademarked name in unauthorised commercial listings.
