San Gairo creates luxury fashion, including handmade, one-of-one, and limited-edition products.
- Handmade Characteristics: Many of our products are made by hand. Slight variations in finish, texture, or colour are not considered defects but are inherent characteristics of the artisanal process.
- Display Variations: We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products accurately. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
- Product Availability: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Due to the limited nature of our collections, items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until checkout is complete.
4. Pricing & Taxes
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are displayed in INR (or your applicable local currency) and are inclusive of applicable Indian GST unless stated otherwise.
For international orders, product prices do not include destination-country import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees. Please see our International Orders Policy for further details.
5. Orders & Acceptance
After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This does not mean your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order, including cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable inventory. If we cancel an order after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
